The leadership assessment approach, known as the Genetic Mapping Program (GMP Program), maps the client's fingerprint scan results, rather than through questions or interviews. This analysis captures innate or genetic factors, which play a role in developing a person's competencies, in addition to environmental and motivational factors.
There are eight aspects to the Professional Genetic Mapping Program Analyst Report, which will provide the following analysis results:
- Which half of your brain dominates? Portrait of Left and/or Right Brain Dominance. Analyze your brain dominance and how to optimize it.
- Which Auditory or Learning Style is Right for You? There are three individual learning styles: Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic. Analyze your learning style dominance and how to sharpen it.

- Identify your personality traits (extrovert, intuitive, feeling, perceiving). Analyze your personality traits to discover and recognize your strongest potential.
- Your Work Style (high accuracy, fast reactions) and Learning System (learning system: broad/deep). Analyze your learning system and work style, discover learning strategies and how to stimulate and manage them optimally.
